Registration for ISCAMI 2019

Registration is closed.

Registration for ISCAMI 2019 is different for students of CTU in Prague and for the other participants. A login to the CTU network makes the registration of the CTU students easier and, moreover, proves that they are eligible for receiveing a conference fee waiver thanks to the support from the Grant Agency of the Czech Technical University in Prague.

Please do not forget to send the abstract of your talk after the registration.

The fee covers

• One scientific presentation
• Admission to scientific sessions
• 3x lunch, 1x dinner
• Coffee breaks
• Social programme
• Conference materials

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellation before May 1, 2019: full refund minus bank transfer fees
• Cancellation after April 30, 2019: refund of 50% of the registration fee minus bank transfer fees

Terms of payment (does not concern CTU students)

The details about payment (bank account number etc.) will be sent to registered participants after acceptance notification. The early registration fee eligibility is determined by the date of registration, not by the date of payment.

Important remark on accommodation

The conference fee does not cover accommodation. However, the organizers have reserved rooms at Masarykova Kolej Student Hostel (single bed CZK 620, single person in double bed CZK 720, two persons in double bed CZK 1040; rates per room, per night, breakfast and tax included). Reservations for Masarykova Kolej Student Hostel will be handled by the organizers. Hostel room charges will be paid by the participants on the spot in the hostel. Non-student participants are kindly asked to contact the organizers by e-mail.
