Abstract Submission

The organizers will publish Book of Abstracts containing all accepted abstracts. The Book of Abstracts will be distributed on site.

Active participants have to submit their abstracts before the Submission of abstracts deadline.

The abstract has to:

• be up to the lenght of 2 pages
• follow the given template files
• contain authors names including their affiliations
• briefly describe the content of the talk
• be submitted in L^aT_eX together with a PDF version. We ask all participants to strictly keep the given style by using the template files.
• be submitted by e-mail as an archive (zip, 7z, etc.) which contains all files necessary to compile the L^aT_eX file
